Welcome to Our Sermon Archive

We warmly welcome you to our sermon page, featuring messages from Grace Community Church of Willow Street. As a church, we are passionate about sharing the love of Christ and helping people grow in their faith. We believe that the Word of God is living and active and that it has the power to transform lives.

On this page, you will find a collection of sermons organized by series. Each series explores a particular theme, topic, or book of the Bible, and is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of God’s Word and how it applies to your life. We believe that studying the Bible is an essential part of growing in faith, and we hope that these messages will inspire you to dive deeper into God’s Word.

At Grace Community Church, we are committed to preaching the gospel in a way that is both biblical and relevant. Our pastors have a heart for sharing the message of Christ with people from all walks of life. Whether you are a long-time believer or just curious about the Christian faith, we invite you to join us on this journey of discovering God’s truth.

As you explore this page, you will find messages on a wide range of topics, from practical advice for daily living to in-depth studies of biblical doctrine. We believe that these messages will challenge you to grow in your faith and deepen your relationship with God.

We understand that life can be challenging at times and that we all need the support of a loving community. That is why we encourage you to connect with us and get involved in the life of our church. Are You Faking Faith?

In Mark 11:12-25, Jesus curses a Fig tree, upsets tables, bars people from making sacrifices, and casts out the buyers and sellers at the Temple marketplace. Then says something so outrageous I’m surprised it found its way into the Gospel of Mark, “if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.” Really? This weekend we continue our series, Unfiltered Jesus, by looking at two simultaneous events that occurred a week before Jesus hung on the cross. In Mark 11:12-25, we will see Jesus’ admonishment upon the Fig tree and Temple wasn’t accidental – it was intentional. He treats the Temple like a “sacred cow” that needs to be disrupted and eventually destroyed so people can trust God. People were clinging to the Temple system for safety and security like an immovable mountain. They don’t realize that this sacred cow, this immovable mountain, isn’t so sacred or safe – they are coming down! What we need is faith in God. From Series: "Unfiltered Jesus"

Join us for a series of 14 sermons that unpack and explain some of the hard sayings of Jesus – the hard-to-understand and hard-to-apply-to-life teachings and stories of Jesus that seem to raise more questions than they answer. We need to understand these truths so we can live full and free lives in Jesus Christ.
