Faith Formation

GCC Kids Sunday School, VBS, Outpour Kids, and special events provide age-appropriate experiences to help kids grow to know, love, worship, serve God, and become resilient disciples.

The foundation for spiritual resilience: Belong, Believe and Become.

Give kids a sense of belonging in a highly relational ministry led by loving and caring adults.

Help kids build a biblical belief system through a deeply Scriptural ministry rooted in the truth of God’s Word and the power of the gospel.

Encourage kids to become fully devoted followers of Jesus through an experiential ministry designed to lead kids to real-world application of faith-based living.

Learn. love. live.

GCC Kids uses The Gospel Project for Kids as our guiding curriculum for our ministry. The Gospel Project is a Christ-centered, chronological study of the big story of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation, over a 3-year cycle. This study helps kids dive deep into the big story of the Bible—God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ. It helps kids see how the whole Bible points to Jesus and the Gospel. The chronological study plan helps kids connect the dots of the Christian faith by tying together the big story and themes of Scripture.

Parents can find information about each week’s lesson in our GCC Kids Weekly Newsletter. This enables families to review and enrich what kids are learning in Sunday school. Each week kids also receive a take-home flier with a summary of the lesson.
