God’s glory is a prominent theme in the Bible. Depending on the Bible translation you use, “glory” can be found in at least 350 verses.
Like God’s greatness, God’s glory is unfathomable to the limitations of the human mind and yet it is also deeply personal and personally encouraging. We will get a glimpse of God’s glory in this sermon, but that glimpse should be enough to overflow your soul if your mind and heart are open.
What is God’s glory? To answer that question, we turn to the Old Testament book of Exodus and to a story that you may know, at least in part. Read Exodus 32-34 as you prepare for worship this weekend! Ask God to show you His glory!
