Young Adults

GCC YA is designed to help young adults know and follow Jesus through intentional community, healthy relationships, and faith-deepening conversations centered on relevant Biblical teaching.

Grace Community Church Young Adults Ministry is for 18 to 30-year-olds. We meet every Tuesday starting at 7 PM. We aim to create environments where like-minded and similar life-stage adults can come together, learn from each other, and pursue Christ together.

The Judge

God's judgment differs from human judgment because it's based on perfect truth - He sees our hidden motives and judges what we truly do, not just what others observe. Self-righteousness occurs when we condemn others while committing similar sins, often hiding behind 'cultural Christianity' where we recognize sin in others but justify our own actions. To counter this tendency, we must honestly reflect on our motives, acknowledge our need for salvation, and remember that God's kindness is meant to lead us to genuine repentance. Rather than saying 'thank God I'm not like them,' we should humbly pray 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.'
