Honor One Another

Legacy isn't just about accomplishments or wealth, but about the character we cultivate daily. Romans 12:10 calls us to 'Honor one another above yourselves,' treating others as valuable because they're made in God's image. This requires humility—not thinking less of ourselves, but thinking of ourselves less. Jesus modeled this perfectly, humbling himself despite his divine nature. Practical ways to honor others include sharing with those in need, showing empathy, treating everyone equally regardless of status, bearing with differences, and showing kindness. By intentionally honoring at least one person daily, we build a legacy that truly lasts through our influence on others.

From Series: "One Another"

The "One Another" statements in Scripture call us to live out our faith not in isolation, but in deep, Christ-centered community. Commands like love one another, forgive one another, and bear with one another aren’t suggestions—they're the blueprint for how believers are meant to reflect Jesus in a watching world. In this series, we’ll explore these powerful imperatives and what they reveal about God’s vision for His Church. As we learn to put others before ourselves, healing, unity, and spiritual growth become possible—not just personally, but collectively, as the body of Christ.
