What can I expect?

What happens in a GCCWS Service?

In our 8:00 am Traditional Sunday Service, we enjoy singing hymns led by a instrumental ensemble and worship team. This service lasts approximately 45-50 minutes

The Saturday 6:00 pm, Sunday 9:15, and 11:00 am services feature contemporary music led by a band and worship team. This service lasts approximately 70 minutes

The song choices range from classic hymns to the newest music. In all of our services, there are times of prayer and reflection as well as the reading and study of God’s Word. Pastor Mike Sigman and our teaching pastors preach from the Bible or a topic from the Bible, teaching God’s truth verse-by-verse.

What's the culture like at Grace Community Church?

Weekends at GCC are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest. You’ll see sport coats and dresses as well as jeans and khakis. More importantly, you’ll find a family where those differences really don’t matter. If you find it helpful, go ahead and check out our Beliefs and About Us pages to get an even more complete "feel" for Grace Community Church. You can find these below.

What about my kids?

We are all about helping kids grow to know and follow Jesus in a fun and safe environment - and at GCC Kids, we make this a priority. To ensure your children’s safety, we use a check-in process that provides a matching ID code for you and your child.   Our children’s wing is secured during the services. On your first visit, we’ll ask you to complete a registration form so you’ll want to give yourself a few extra minutes to get signed in for the GCC Kids experience.

A staffed nursery is provided for all services.  On Saturday night and Sunday 8:00 am, Nursery is for children infant – age 4.  On Sunday at 9:15 and 11:00 am, we offer both an infant nursery and a toddler nursery to age 3.

Our Saturday Evening service offers a staffed Nursery. Children age 5 and older participate in the worship service in the main auditorium. Activity packets are available for children to use during the service.

During our Sunday morning contemporary services (9:15 and 11:00 am), we offer a dynamic Children's Ministry for kids Nursery – Grade 5.

The first stop for all families with kids infant – grade 5 is the Children’s Ministry Check-in desk. After you are all checked in, children in nursery, preschool and grades K – 3 report to their respective classrooms.

After check-in, fourth & fifth grade kids join their parents in the main auditorium, for the first part of the worship service.   After the Songs of Worship & Praise, 4th& 5thgraders are dismissed to their Sunday School classes.

Preschoolers – 3rd graders get together each week for a time of Kids’ Praise, to worship through music and motions.

Kids of all ages learn Bible lessons and are encouraged to live a life with Christ through hands-on activities and age-appropriate curriculum.

On your first visit, we’ll look forward to assisting you in the check-in process and guiding you to our classrooms!
